New APET Production Line

The completely new APET production line is the most important investment and the heart of the new building. The production line ensures even better the constant quality of the products. State-of-the-art sensors monitor all critical processes and monitor things like dimensions, wall thickness, constant coverage of coatings, etc. The production is now much more flexible to realize thanks to the better adjustability and the faster switching from one product to another. Ultimately you benefit as a customer also by the faster production times, allowing for faster delivery.

New Recycle unit

The new Hall is also home to the new recycling unit. 100% of all plastic rest material is in this recycle unit ground into raw material for our products. In this way nothing’s lost in the production process. The plastics we use are lossless to recycle. (Not only in the production process, but also after use by the end user.)

The plastic material waste is introduced into the recycling unit, after which it can be processed again into new products.

Our spacious storage hall means a considerable expansion of our storage capacity. As a result, we can produce faster and more flexible in our choice of raw materials.
